一人暮らしは初めてで何も分からない状態の私に「なんでも聞いてください」と言っていただき嬉しかったです。
しかし、初めて伺って聞いた時の話と確認のためにもう一度聞いた時の話が違っていました。さらに、ネット契約の話では、「鍵を貰えていない状況では話は先に進みません。親とどこの会社にするか相談する程度で十分です。」と教えていただきました。そのため、入居日まではネット契約についてはあまり考えていませんでした。ある日、家電を買いに家電販売店に行った際にネット契約についてのキャンペーンがやってあり、店舗スタッフさんに話を聞いたところネット契約はネットを使い始める2週間前には契約をしないといけないと言われました。その場で担当者さんに電話をしてネット契約をしても良いのか聞きました。すると、「管理会社さんにネット回線工事の許可を取らなければいけないです。契約はしても構いません。」と言われました。前にネット契約について聞いた時はそんなこと教えて貰えませんでした。もし、家電販売店でネット契約のキャンペーンがやっていなかったら、入居して2週間以上はネットが使えない状態になっていたと思います。たかがネットかもしれませんが、このご時世なのでネット環境が必ず必要でした。無知な私もいけないのかもしれませんが、なぜネット契約について聞いた時にちゃんと教えてくれなかったのかわかりません。
初めての一人暮らしで不安が多い中で、質問した回答が毎回異なっていたり、説明が不十分であったりと、より不安になりました。また、信用があまり出来なくなりました。
契約自体はスムーズにできたのでその点は良かったと思います。
次、引越しをする時は別の不動産会社さんに頼もうと思います。

Therefore, I didn't think much about internet contracts until the day I moved in. One day, when I went to a home appliance store to buy home appliances, there was a campaign about online contracts, and when I talked to the store staff, I had to make an online contract two weeks before I started using the internet. I was told I shouldn't. I called the person in charge on the spot and asked if I could make an online contract. Then, he said, "I have to get permission from the management company for internet line construction. It's okay to make a contract." When I heard about internet contracts before, I couldn't tell you that. If I hadn't had an internet contract campaign at a home appliance store, I think I would have been unable to use the internet for more than two weeks after moving in. It may be the internet, but since it was this time of the year, an internet environment was absolutely necessary. I'm ignorant, but I don't know why he didn't tell me when I heard about internet contracts.
While I had a lot of anxiety about living alone for the first time, I became more anxious because the answers I asked were different each time and the explanation was insufficient. Also, I can't trust much.
The contract itself went smoothly, so I think that was a good point.
Next time, when I move, I will ask another real estate company.
