★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平均点高いですが、ほとんどが1件しか口コミをしていない方。終わり際に満足度の高そうなお客様に絞って回答をさせているだけでしょう。辛口ですがしっかりとクチコミをさせていただきます。まず、担当の愛想は良いです。部屋のセレクトもこちらの要件を聞いた上で沢山出してくれますし、満足度の高い物件の案内をしてくれました。連絡もLINEでやりとりできるのでスムーズ。しかし、営業としてのレベルが非常に低く、あらかじめ必要な書類だったりを先に説明してこないため急遽あれが必要これが必要となる。印鑑証明、住民票だったりが必要になるのであればいついつまでに必要だというのを契約をするタイミングで伝えるべきだがそれをしてこないため契約時に振り回されることになる。また、営業が宅建を持っていないのはいいのだが重要事項説明の方との連携に物足りなさを感じる。重要事項説明の方と営業がしっかりと連携をしていないため、『あれ？？この内容なんだ？？？』とか平気で言い出します。抜けてる部分の指摘をした際は一応対応はしてくれますが最後の最後まで『なぜそれを今更言う？？』が続きました。また、インターネットを以前利用していたものが入らなかったため引ける通信を確認したところ別部署より連絡とのこと。その部署が営業部隊でソフトバンク光の案内をしてくれたまではいいのですが案内レベルも信じられないぐらい低い。散々説明をしてきた特典が使えませんでしたとかいってきます。最後まで意味不明でした。こんなものなのかもしれませんが悲しく煩わしい契約が続いたので星1です。今後の改善に期待します。どなたかの参考になれば。

顧客欲しさからか内見の予約をすぐに取り付けて来ましたが、実際は他の不動産が抱えている物件のため、他所の不動産では内見案内できないものでした。
それに対しての謝罪はなし。他のクチコミに書かれている方もいますが、各物件のことをきちんと調べて理解しているのか？と思いました。
また企業LINEの仕様上仕方ない部分もあるかと思いますが、LINEに既読が付いても返事がないまま2日放置。
返事をする気があるならば、いついつまでに確認して返答します、等伝えるべき。返事をする気がないものをただ待たされる身にもなってください。
フランチャイズ店ということもあり、やや構えていたためそこまで振り回されることはありませんでした。
しかし序盤にこのようなことがある店舗で、審査申込や契約などをお願いするのは厳しいかなと感じました。
