★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワイパーを買いにいったのですが…運転席とリアどっちもダメに。定員さんを呼んだら即対応してくれました。リアはゴムだけ交換で良かった様なのですが、したことが無いと伝えるとすぐ交換してくれました！親切でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の山形の店舗より狭いからか品揃えが良さそうでイマイチ物が無い。もちろん店員に言えば取り寄せしてくれる。サービスはそれなりに良い。
The product lineup seems to be good, probably because it is smaller than other Yamagata stores, and there are no unsatisfactory items. Of course, if you ask the clerk, they will order it. The service is reasonably good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドラレコのGPSがフリーズし、飛び込みました。結果、問題なかったです。保証期間とっくに過ぎ、こんな現象初めてでー、。今年の夏は、暑くダッシュボードの高温で電気系統のトラブル多いとのこと。様子見ることにしました。フリーズした地点、何かあるのかなぁ？と思いながらも～ーー。スタッフの方の優しさにほっとしましたー

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は、リアワイパーを外したのでネジの突起が危ないため保護するボトルキャップがあるか先ずは電話して問い合わせたが電話での対応も良く。
直接お店にいっても女性男性限らず、皆さん笑顔で丁寧な対応をしてくれて無事に手に入れられて助かった！
山形市内まで行かなきゃならないのかと思っていたが、もっと近くにこんなに対応いいスタッフがいる天童店があるなら本当に助かる❗
これからも、必要であればここに行こうと思う✨
