R	R M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ネットに載ってた中古車を見たいと思って、店舗へ行きました。目的の車があり、車を見させてもらいました(実際に運転席に座ったりなど) 気に入ったので、見積もりをお願いして約1時間ほど待ちました。中々遅いと思いながら、やっと来て見積もりを出されると、その見積書の車は別の車で、見させてもらった車はもう売約済みでした。女性の方が「見ていただいた車は売約済みで、似たような条件の車が他県にあったのでその車で見積もりを作りました」どの段階で売約済みを知っていたか分かりませんが、もし見積もりの段階で知ったなら、作る前に一声掛けませんか？そしたら見積もりを待ってた1時間を削れたと思いますが。またその車を買った方にも失礼ではないですか？買った後も知らない人に車を触られるなんて嫌だろうに、触らせてネットに載せたままで管理不足なのか、そういう営業スタイルなのかなので私的には最低な店舗でした。星1にもしたくありませんが I went to the store because I wanted to see a used car on the net.
