★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自転車点検をお願いしたいと思い持ち込み後どれくらいで出来るのか確認したく電話しました。対応してくれた女性の答えは「わからない」の一点張り。こちらのお願いには聞く耳もたず、答えられない理由を強い口調で言われてしまい、怖くなりました。よく利用していただけにとても残念です。

I couldn't listen to this request, and I was scared because I was told in a strong tone why I couldn't answer. I am very sorry that I used it often.

普通のホームセンターとしても十分に満足できる品揃えだと思います。
