車高調、マフラー等の部品は、他店より多く展示されていた。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回は【T5】のメーター球を探しており、当店にて購入できました。国道沿いの某Jさんには置いてありませんでした。こまごました物の品揃えはオートバックスさんの方が格段に良いと思います。
This time, I was looking for a [T5] meter ball, and I was able to purchase it at our shop. It was not placed at a certain Mr. J along the national highway. I think AUTOBACS has a much better assortment of small items.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ タイヤコーナーに居た男性店員の方に、高速も距離も走らない私は普段使いできる程度のタイヤが欲しく一番安いタイヤはこれですか？と質問したら「あぁ、まぁ、はい。中国製ですけど。」と ん？と疑問に思う言い方対応をされました。
その後も中国製を言われて でも普段使う程度なら問題ないですよね？と聞いたら「まぁ、付いてるだけって感じです。」
命を預けるものを飾りがついてる程度ですと言いますか？ましてやそれを売ってる立場の人が。売りたくないのか怒りと呆れで一瞬言葉を失いました。
以前、他店舗で同じようなタイヤを交換しましたが問題なく使えましたし、その時ご対応いただいたスタッフさんはとても親切で「普段使いなら十分ですよ！高速や距離を走るならやっぱりメーカーさんのがオススメですけど！」と気持ちの良い対応をしていただきました。
結局レジに案内されるまで態度は良くなく、他の店員さんの前でやっと態度が良くなった。いくら安くても二度とここの店舗ではタイヤ交換はしないし、今ネットで取り付け込みでメーカー物が安くあったりするから今後はそちらでやっていく。
他の店員さんはとても対応が良く優しいし、ピットの方も丁寧かつ迅速に作業してくださりすごい助かったのにたった1人の方の一言で残念でした。

After all, my attitude was not good until I was guided to the cash register, and I finally got better in front of other clerk. No matter how cheap it is, I will never change tires at this store, and now that I have installed it online, the manufacturer's products are cheap, so I will do it there in the future.
The other clerk was very responsive and kind, and the pit staff worked politely and quickly, which was a great help, but I was disappointed with just one word.

めんどくさそうに対応してくる始末。
料金だけ聞いて帰ろうと思ってショートヘアーの女性店員さんめっちゃめっちゃ接客よくて、オイル交換とフィルター交換した。
Male customer service is pretty bad ?

しかしオイル交換絶対オススメできません??
なぜならオイルタンクの下からではなく上から古いオイルを取り除くことが1番最悪なやり方と思いますよ！ 普通は考えられないオイル交換と思いますよ！
