★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他の店舗やメーカーと比べると比較的小さな店舗ですが、スタッフは愛想よくキビキビ動いていて、気持ちいいです。十年以上前に買った車ですが異常を感じて訪れると、しっかりと原因調査（無料）でしてくれたりと、満足してます。
Although it is a relatively small store compared with other stores and makers, the staff is friendly and it is pleasantly moving, it feels good. I bought it over 10 years ago, but when I visit feeling abnormal, I am satisfied that it is a firm cause investigation (free).

聞きたいことがあって聞いた解答は連絡なし。こちらが３ヶ月たって連絡しました
修理に頼んで、全然連絡なし。
修理完了しても連絡なし。こちらがしびれを切らして電話して聞いたら修理できていた。
それもずいぶん前に。
購入したら、お払い箱でした。
一番グレードの高い何百万もする新車購入したのに、、２度と購入したくないです。

Ask the repair, no contact at all.
Even if repair is complete, there is no notification. I was relieved to hear this, and I was able to fix it.
That too long ago.
Once purchased, it was a payment box.
Even though I bought the highest grade of new cars that make millions, I do not want to buy them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 納車待ちで欲しい車を買い逃すのが嫌だったので早目に代替えする車を見に行きました。
到着してすぐに冷やかしである旨を伝えて車を見せて頂き、気になる車があったので少し話をさせてもらうことに。
いろいろ気になることを質問しているうちに買っても良いかな？
と思いました。
他のメーカーのディーラーは冷やかしであると伝えてからの対応が最低であった事もあり、少し早いかな？とは思いましたが購入させて頂きました。
久々に楽しい商談になり車そのものも楽しみですが、今後のお付き合いに期待が持てる良いお店ですね。
今後のことはまだ分からないので敢えての4点とさせて頂きました。

It's been a long time since we've been enjoying business talks and looking forward to the car itself, but it's a good place to look forward to future relationships.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 既従業員は、接客対応が丁寧、親切ですね。サービスの方は車の構造など丁寧に教えてくれます。営業の方は担当でないお客さんにも、もう少し対応良くしてほしいなと思う部分もありますが、これから良くなるだろうと期待してトータル的に店舗として◎です。
The existing employees are very polite and kind to serve customers. The service staff will teach you carefully about the structure of the car. There are some parts that I would like sales people to do even better for customers who are not in charge, but I hope that it will improve in the future, so it is a total store ◎.
