日曜日と祝日、年末年始などはお休みなります。
基本的に業者さんやディーラーさんばかりなので、一般の方は最初に一般ですとお声掛けしたほうがお互い気持ちよく対応できます。
部品の注文は車体番号が必要なので、車体番号が記載されている車検証をもっていって下さい。車体番号を口頭やメモ書きだと転売等疑われる可能性がありますので車検証を出したほうがよいです。
グレード違い部品など欲しい場合や車種違い部品が欲しい番号は素直に話をすれば調べて頂けます。
部品注文は二次元のイラストをもとに調べるので、写真などあると調べる方も楽になります。
先客が素人な方ですと、案内が長引きますので時間に余裕をもつか朝一など空いてる時間をお勧めします。
代金は先払いです。電話で調べてもらえますが、注文もはきません。
共販さんには基本的なパーツしかないので、取り寄せが多いです。倉庫に在庫あれば当日朝一注文の当日夕方引き取りが可能ですが、行くのが二度手間になるのは仕方ないですが辛いですね。
窓口は車に詳しくない女性の方メインなので、イライラせず優しく対応しと上げて下さい。愛知県の共販はATグループですので、しっかりしています。
