★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オートバックスで、オイル交換、車検もお願いしてるので行きました。195000キロオーバーの車で、比較的粘度の低くて、値段が高めのオイルをつかっていましたが、ピットスタッフの方から
「19万キロで、だいぶ長くのられているので、粘度高めの方が良いと思う」
とのアドバイスがあり、会計済みでしたが、粘度の高いものに変えました。わずかですが値段が安いものに変えることになりました。
普通なら、スタッフも面倒ですし、売り上げも下がってしまうので、そんな提案をしないと思いますが、本当にお客想いのスタッフの方で良かったです。ありがとうございます。
オイル交換中は、店内にある、コーヒーマシンで、美味しいコーヒーも飲めますし、お子様連れのママでも、キッズコーナーのようなものもあるので、過ごし易いと思います。
支払い方法も、PayPayや、楽天pay、d払い、LINEPay、ALIPAYも出来る
