★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コストコで買った、甘強酒造の本みりんが置いてあるのをメーカーのホームページを見て知った。そこに載っていた弐拾年熟成 黒みりんを求めて訪問した。
店内に入ってもどこか分からず、歩き回ってみりん売り場の側で甘強酒造さんの棚を見つけた。
20年ものの真っ黒な本みりんを購入した。
味は、アルコールが程よく抜けた濃い甘い何かに変化していた。牛乳で割るとカルーアのような味になった。
貴重な20年ものなので、大事に使いたい。
I found out from the manufacturer's homepage that there is a sweet and strong sake brewery book mirin that I bought at Costco. I visited there in search of the second-year-aged black mirin that was listed there.
When I entered the store, I didn't know where it was, so I walked around and found the shelf of Kankyo Sake Brewery near the Mirin department.
I bought a 20-year-old black book mirin.
The taste had changed to something dark and sweet with a moderate amount of alcohol. When divided by milk, it tasted like Kahlua.
It's been a precious 20 years, so I want to use it carefully.
