★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整備についてお聞きしたいことがあったので、問い合わせの電話をかけたのですが...30秒程待ってもどなたも電話に出ていただけない。
電話番号は確実に合っているので、どういうことなのか解りかねました。
 I had a question about maintenance, so I called for inquiries ... No one can answer the phone after waiting for about 30 seconds.
I couldn't figure out what it was because the phone numbers were definitely correct.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ドラレコを取り付けてもらいました。取り付けに２時間かかりましてが、前後カメラの配線綺麗にして頂き、大満足です。ドラレコ付けて、愛車なんかちょっとかっこいいです。
I had a dash cam installed. It took 2 hours to install, but I am very satisfied with the wiring of the front and rear cameras. With a dashcam attached, my car is a little cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ オイル交換しに行きました。会計を済ませて待っていると、ピットに呼ばれました。どうやらオイルが足りないらしく、添加剤を買って足すか、1L缶を追加で買うか 聞かれました。初めてのことで困惑しました。必要なオイルの量は把握して欲しいですね、御利用される方は自分の車種のオイル量を知ったうえで来店された方が良いと思いました。
I went to change the oil. When I finished the checkout and waited, I was called to the pit. Apparently there wasn't enough oil, so I was asked if I would buy an additive or add an additional 1L can. I was confused by the first time. I want you to know the amount of oil you need, and I think it is better for those who use it to come to the store after knowing the amount of oil for their car model.

12ヶ月点検を予約し、利用させてもらいました。
15分前までに来店して下さいと記載されていたので15分前までに来店したところ2~3時間かかりますって言われました。
1時間経過しても車を点検場へ持っていっていませんでした。
予約とはなんだったんでしょうか。
（ネット上には所要時間が30分~1時間と
記載されていました）
