半年前車検に通った私の車を整備不良と言われ入庫拒否。整備士達が整備する気ないと言われた。
そして営業の言うことは曖昧。○×はっきりすれば良いものを、遠回しな対応でこっちはストレスが溜まる。
ちなみにここで整備を断られた後、他の正規スズキディーラーでは何事も無く整備を受け入れて頂き、この店では別途工賃がかかると言われた部品交換作業も、ついでだからと工賃取られず作業してもらえました。
家族とも過去に何度かこの店ではお世話になりましたが、今後は二度と世話にならないです。

My family has been indebted to me several times in the past, but I will never be indebted to them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ いつも車検や修理でお世話になっています。本来スズキの代理店なのですが、ライバルメーカーや普通車メーカーなども取り扱って購入出来るそうで、さまざまなメーカーのカタログを置いていますよ。私は別の所で購入したヨーロッパ車ですがキッチリ手入れをしてくれます。営業担当は３名位ですが、メカニック担当のメンバーが多くいて、板金や塗装の工場も自前で持っているので、安心して任せられます。店舗は盆正月以外は無休らしいですが、社員さん達は週休２日の様です。ちなみに車検検査員の有資格は４人いますので早いです。
