★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スライドドアのパネルを不運にも擦ってしまい、修理の見積もりに出したら、 スタッフに ニヤニヤしながら「ドアごと交換ですねぇww 20万です」と言われ 、なにがそんなに面白いのか分からずただ怒りを覚え、 遠いですが 担当の方が別店舗から移動になった 仙台市内の方にあるネッツに行ったら 「パネルの交換だけでいいので5万です」と言われて5万で治りました。 危うくぼったくられる所でした。 他にも 友人の祖母がここで軽自動車を買った際、 展開式の当事すごく高かったカーナビを、 構造上 展開したらエアコンが操作できなくなる上に ワイパーを操作するコラムに当たって、カーナビを展開させる度にワイパーが作動してしまう（しかも展開しなきゃ使えないナビ）のに ぼったくられて 付けられたそうです
正直オススメしたくない
みなさん行くなら 4号線沿いにある仙台市内のほうの店舗の方がいいですよ

急なトラブルもしっかり対応してもらえます。
忙しい時はどこも一緒だと思いますが、作業時間はかかります。しかし、こちらは飲み物やカタログや車関係の書籍などはもちろんアフターパーツに関しての説明もしていただけたりと過ごし方に満足しています。
