★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 私は外車を乗り継いできていますが、ディーラーの接客が一番良かったのが、意外にもアウディのこの店舗でした。
そこまで期待していなかったのですが、一流のサービスマンといった感じでした。
私自身ディーラーの対応次第で乗り換えることもありますけれども、ここのディーラーさんはとても良かったので、またアウディに乗る時にはぜひこちらでお願いしようと思っています。

対応も良くなかったので、実家のアウディをメンテしてもらっている横浜青葉さんに変更。
お世話になって以来15年経過しました。
修理方法などについて無理聞いてくれます。
ただ折角仲良くなったサービスフロントの方が異動してしまうのが残念なので星４つです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話で事前に試乗予約し、名前や乗っていく車のナンバーも伝えたが、到着して店内で用件や名前も聞かれるなど、これまで乗り継いできたレクサス・BMW・ベンツの中では１番店頭での対応がよくなかった。試乗した車がとても面白かっただけに残念。
