全体的にお店としての雰囲気に元気さが全く心躍るものが感じられません！
欧州御三家といわれますがやはり後塵の地位は揺るぎない感じはします。もっと自信持って提案して下さい。折角良い商品あるのにどうも上辺だけのマニュアル通りの応答には如何なものでしょうか？とても残念です。
当然入社2年目位に無理はありませんが店長なり上席は自分の担当では無くとも挨拶するなど欠落しているのも問題です。
売れていないのでは無く売る努力していないから売れない！だから仕入れ価格も高くインセンティブも少ない…（＾＾；；そんな悪のスパイラルですね！
お客の視線に立った価格設定も必要です。メルセデスやBMWが標準装備が本体価格設定を低くするがあまりオプションでなんと本体価格が800万に対して200万とは受け入れがたいものがあります。本当に残念無念です。
余談ですがJaguarも似たような価格設定ですね！

It is also necessary to set the price from the customer's point of view. Mercedes and BMW have standard equipment that lowers the main unit price setting, but there are so many options that it is unacceptable that the main unit price is 2 million compared to 8 million. I'm really sorry.
As an aside, Jaguar has a similar price!

購入は同じAiの運営するアウディ東名川崎店でしたが、メンテナンスは専らこちらを利用しています。(因みにアウディ横浜青葉の運営会社は株式会社フォーリングスで系列が異なります)
お店の構えとしてアウディ東名川崎は店舗規模が大きく、展示台数も多数。商談ブースは個室、ソファで寛げるなど高級感満載ですが、アウディ戸塚は国内ディーラーと大差ない規模と雰囲気。
ただ、高級車メーカーのイメージのあるアウディですがA1はフォルクスワーゲン･ポロ、A3はゴルフとシャシを共有する大衆車(その中では高級ですが･･･)。これらの車種のユーザーにはちょっとしたメンテナンスは自分でやりたいという嗜好の方が多数。そういう人がお付き合いするには戸塚の庶民的な雰囲気の方が心地好いです。
車検整備の相談でワイパーやキャビンフィルターの交換なんて年一回自分でやってるし、エンジンオイルも交換後2,000km程度しか走行していないので交換不要、と伝えると快く見積もりから削って頂けました。
営業さんの説明は丁寧だし、対応も良心的で印象の良い店舗です。
逆にA5以上の高級車を求める向きには高級感が不足しているかもしれません。

However, although Audi has the image of a luxury car maker, the A1 is a Volkswagen Polo, and the A3 is a popular car that shares a chassis with golf (although it is a luxury car ...). Many users of these car models prefer to do a little maintenance on their own. Totsuka's popular atmosphere is more comfortable for such people to associate with.
When I consulted with the vehicle inspection and maintenance, I changed the wiper and cabin filter by myself once a year, and when I told him that the engine oil had only traveled about 2,000km after the change, it was not necessary to change it.
The sales staff's explanations are polite, and the store is conscientious and has a good impression.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a luxury car of A5 or above, you may not have a sense of luxury.
