★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理の為訪れたが、修理内容を説明する担当者の話し方が上から目線で不愉快になりました。
くつろげない席に通され(通路のテーブル)、お茶の1つもでない。
５年程前にメンテナンスで電話予約をしようとした際にも横柄な電話対応で、その日は空いてませんの繰り返しで、とても客商売をする対応では無かったです。
暫くしてもだめな所はダメですね。
I visited for repairs, but the way the person in charge explained the repairs was unpleasant from the top.
Passed through uncomfortable seats (aisle table), not even one of the teas.
Even when I tried to make a phone reservation for maintenance about 5 years ago, I was arrogant and did not have a vacant day, so it was not a very customer-friendly business.
It's no good where it doesn't work even after a while.

修理の為訪問、客は私1人ですがお茶すら出てきません。
待合の椅子テーブルも居心地良くなくチープなものです。
同じ金額を出すなら隣のメルセデスが良いと思います。
どうしてもアウディでしたら名東、天白をおすすめします。
