★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スペーシアを１年点検してしてもらいました。
点検前に右側のドアが傷付いてしまい、自分で塗装したが失敗してしまい。修正しようとしたが無理で諦めていました。
ところが点検を終わったあと右側のドアを見てみると綺麗に戻っていました。驚きました。
スタッフに聞いてみると「凄い汚れていたので磨いておきましたよ。」と言われました。
特に直してくれて頼んだわけではないのに無料で直してくれました。とても嬉しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ステップワゴンの凹みとキズでディーラーで見積もりした所、かなりの高額の見積もりになってしまい、深田モータースさんで見積もりしてもらったら3/1の値段でビックリ‼︎
不安もありましたが修理をお願いした所、とても迅速に対応して頂き、気になる仕上がりは、キズと凹みは何処やったの？
となる凄く綺麗な仕上がりでした。
そして車内まで綺麗にして頂き本当にありがとうございました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 車の窓が閉まらなくなり困っていたところ、急な依頼にもかかわらず対応していただけて助かりました。窓枠にガムテープ跡がついていたのも綺麗に拭き上げられており、細かな気配りまでしていただける作業姿勢には感動しました。

作業説明も分かりやすく今後の事も考えてコスパのいい提案をしてくれたのはとても好印象でした。
代車は内装が綺麗に清掃してあり清潔感がありました。是非また利用したい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are a foreigner I recommend you not to go there. After getting service for my car nothing changed but one part was broken.When i confronted them they refuse to accept their fault. The owner belittled me, saying my japanese level is poor and does not understand “anything” that i was saying. Not only i was dissatisfied with the service, i was also discriminated because I am not a native speaker, hence lost lots of my time and money!
