★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とても接客対応とは思えない小馬鹿にした態度であったとしても、相談した契約変更がきちんとしてもらえたなら我慢もできました。が、請求書がきて驚きました。条件は悪くなって、料金はあがってました。言いに行っても無駄の書き込みもたくさんあったので諦めますが、２年縛りを待たずに解約を考えてます。

常に高圧的な態度な上に、auのHPにはキチンと案内されているような基本的な情報も押さえておらず、危うく誤った選択をするところでした。
大手キャリアなのだからサポートはしっかりして頂きたいです。
こんな対応を受けるために、無駄に高い月額料金を払ってるわけではないですよ。

ネットでの事前予約制となっているので、比較的店内は落ち着いて静か。
コロナ禍にあってはこのような対応は有効だと思う。
スタッフさんの対応も良く頑張っていると思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 接客態度が悪すぎ。90度横向いて目を決して合わそうとしない女性店員、予約取れない事に対して『申し訳ございません』もなく、偉そうな男性店員。もう絶対にここには近寄りたくもない。
