入口の案内スタッフは客に嘘をついてまで早く帰らせたくて仕方ないようだ。 以前機種変更した時に店員が入会を勧めたカードについて聞きたいことがあったが、店舗で確かめられないから電話で対応しろと帰らされそうになった。 何とかその電話番号を知ることはできたがコールセンターの自動応答の設問内容がわからないと伝えたが、我々は対応しません自分で考えて下さいと言った。 粘って交渉してコールセンターに聞いてみますと言って自分ももう一度コールセンターにかけたが営業終了していた。しかし、その店員はその番号にかけたが教えてもらえなかったと言った。すぐバレる嘘を平気でつけるメンタルはすごい。 その後アプリで調べたら数秒で解決した。ちなみにアプリの紹介はされてない。1時間近く無駄にした。 こんなホスト崩れみたいな見た目したアホに人件費かけるならロボットをリースした方が絶対安い。 あと、テナントの位置ずれてます。

自宅のWi-Fiを見直した 結果auひかりからJ:COMに切り替えることになったけどJ:COMがauの子会社って説明を受けていた。 元の回線を解約するための違約金の話もあったけど… 金額が違いすぎる 言われたとおりauの光サービスに解約の電話したら店頭で言われた金額の他にau側から初回料やらもつくって言われて… 最初に店頭で聞いてた金額は16,500円だったのに。 実際は70,000円近く掛る 長い目で見れば変えたほうが安くなるからしぶしぶ承諾したけどこの金額差はひどい auショップにいって手続きしたのに…この金額差はなに? 電話口で解約保留にしますか?って聞かれたけどもうJ:COMの工事は済んじゃってるから余計に腹立つ 保留にしてもいいことないし もうauショップにJ:COM職員いないで欲しい auの子会社なら契約切り替えるときにもっと違約金も下げてほしいしこんなに掛るなら踏みとどまってたな せめて目の前のお客さんが解約したらどれくらいの違約金が掛かるか正確に調べてほしい できないならわざわざショップに職員置く理由もない その場の対応が丁寧だった分、残念

They were not helpful at all and very rude. Supposedly because i hadn't made a reservation... yet there was no one in the store. It was a problem that literally took 10 seconds to solve at a different store.

It took 3 hours when I bought an iPhone, and there was trouble again when they didn't give me the points that they had promised. Plus the staff refused to help me when I was having trouble with the Au Wallet machine :(
