L	L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 機種変更をオンラインショップで予約したところ、在庫が入荷したら本予約のmailがからとの事で待ってる状態でした。だいたいの入荷の頻度とか分かるかなと思い、聞いたところ、外国人とのハーフのような男性に、オンラインショップで予約してるのに店舗に行かないと手続きが出来ないだの、適当な事ばっかり言われた挙句、分からないことはお客様サポートセンターに連絡してと早く追い返すような対応をされました。結局聞いた事はなにも答えてもらえず、ただの時間の無駄になりました。ハーフぽい人は初心者なのかは知りませんが、目が目をかけて少し小太りの男性のところへ何度も質問へ行ってて、自分が直接その人から話を聞いた方が早いと思い行ったら、その人も言葉遣いがなってないし、自分が言ってる事が間違ってたのを認めず、ずっと言い訳のようなことばかり言われて終始気分が悪かった。あの店舗は利用しない方がいいです。上も悪ければそりゃ、下も育ちませんよね。高齢者の方が契約にきていたので、詐欺などに合わないか心配です。 When I made a reservation for the model change at the online shop, I was waiting for the mail of this reservation when the stock arrived.
