マニュアル通りにしつこく長い説明を繰り返し、こちらの質問にも満足に答えられない。
上の階の電気屋で当日乗り換えました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 修理で予約無しで行ったのですが、柔軟に対応してくて要らないOptionは外したり改善できる所を教えて頂けて今までに見た口コミと違いすぎてビックリしました。
I went for repairs without reservation, but I was surprised that it was too different from the reviews I've seen so far because I was able to tell me where I can remove or improve Options that I don't need because I can respond flexibly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応悪すぎるし、口調も最悪。サービス精神も全くないし、終始不愉快。新規契約したものも全くアフターサポート無いし電話で問い合わせても感情の入ってない謝罪丸出しで二度と利用したくないと思った。こんなにひどいソフトバンクショップは初めて。時間もお金も返してほしい
Correspondence is too bad and the tone is the worst. There is no service spirit and it is unpleasant from beginning to end. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 男女ともに、店員の態度が悪すぎ。ポイントの期限を知ってて言わないとか、とにかく顧客が騙されたと思うシーンが多かった。無論、担当を変更し、手数料なしで契約を破棄しました。
The attitude of the clerk is too bad for both men and women. There were many scenes where I thought that the customer was deceived, such as not knowing the deadline for points and not saying it. Of course, I changed my responsibilities and canceled the contract without any fees.
