大阪に住むスイーツ好きのともだちが、1時間並んでまで買っているというのでどんだけーと思い一度買ったらハマってしまいました
最近はお土産や挨拶の時は毎回アトリエうかい
ふきよせ、サレ、大缶を使い分けてますが
サレは私を含め甘いもの好きじゃない人やお酒好きな人にもピッタリで大変喜ばれます
これ以上販売店増やさないで欲しいです(大阪にできたのは本当に残念)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うかいのクッキーの詰め合わせ(缶)がオンラインではいつも品切れなので、たまプラーザまで出向いてみました。何気に行ってみたのですが、これがびっくりです。お客様がいっぱいで外まで並んでいました。店内に入るとフールセックの大缶と小缶が飛ぶように売れていました。自分用には小缶を購入しましたが、想像以上に小さかったです。が、見た目もお味も華やかでした！

When I entered the store, large and small cans of Foolsec were selling like flying. I bought a small can for myself, but it was smaller than I imagined. But it looked and tasted gorgeous!

缶のクッキーを頂きました。クッキーを食べて、美味しい！と感じたのは久しぶりかもしれません。木苺のジャムサンドかな？食べていると味が何回も変化してとても美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ うかいブランドの格調を感じさせる外観で、ガラス張りのオープンキッチンから、パティシエさんの作る姿が見られます。夕方だと、生菓子は、ほぼ完売に等しく、ケーキスタンドに乗った常温生菓子は、ややありました。前回はフールセック小缶宝箱みたいに綺麗な2500円、フールセックドゥミチーズ塩サブレな1080円、今回はマドレーヌ（美味しい）、フィナンシェブリュンヌ（プルーン入り）、フリュイルージュショコラ（中からチョコと苺の種の食感もします）各300円の焼き菓子を購入。生菓子は、カラメル後がけプリンを前回購入し、美味しく、今回は、フルーツとジュレのミモザ580円、フォンダンショコラ280円（美味しい）を。個人的には、生菓子は味と値段が合ってると感じますが、焼き菓子は、美味しいですが、特筆する感じがないと思うのが、正直なところ。でも高級感ある店がこんなところに!という意外性が好きです。
