c	curry katsu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 院長の対応が全くイケてない。助手の看護師に判断を仰ぎ明確な意思としてのコメントがなく、当たり障りのないようなコメントが多く見られる。また、診察にiPhoneのカメラで口の中を診察するという今まで経験したことのないようなことをされた。iPhoneを常備してその利便性からかもしれないが、正直気持ち悪い。 The director's response is not good at all. There are many comments that are not bland, as there are no comments as a clear intention after asking the assistant nurse for judgment. Also, I was given a medical examination that I had never experienced before, using the iPhone camera to examine the inside of my mouth. It may be because of the convenience of having an iPhone on hand, but honestly it feels bad.
m	moni asa on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 同じ医療人として最低！コロナ禍真っ只中でしたのでオンライン診療を受けました。電話対応をしてくれた受付さんと看護師さんは、とても優しくテキパキしていてよかったです。いざ診断ということで先生とお話しましたが、病人に対して非常に高圧的な態度で驚きました。 1回目の電話は、電話口で顔が見えない相手なので誤解があるのかもと我慢しました。受付の方はGW前だった為「連休に入るので心配事があれば何でもご連絡ください」とおっしゃってくれる素晴らしい方です。薬を飲んで1日でしたが、まったく何の変化もなくむしろ悪くなるいっぽうで不安でした。私も医療人ですので、薬が直ぐに効かないことは理解しております。しかし一瞬でも熱が引いたりする事もありませんでしたので、再度ご相談でお電話致しました。その際の態度が本当にありえない。馬鹿にしたように鼻で笑いながら「薬はそんな早く効きませんから！」と言われました。あまりの驚きに無言でいると「はぁ〜、、、じゃぁ大学病院に紹介状でも書きましょうか？薬はそんな早く効かないんだよな〜」と、、、、。体調が悪いのもあり、あまりのショックに涙が出て話すことができず電話は切りました。直ぐに電話がきましたが無視させて頂きました。その後、別の良い病院に巡り会えました。あと1日遅かったら命に関わるとこだったようで、ある意味酷い態度をとられてよかったのかもしれません。本当は★0ですが、受付さん看護師さんの対応はよかったので★1つけさせてもらいました。 The worst as the same medical person! M	Ma on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もう二度と行きません。土曜日に行ける病院を探していて数回通院しました。電話や受付の方の対応が良くて、また他の病院ではなかった検査設備で喘息の検査をしてもらえたので初回の印象はよかったです。しかし2回目、初回に頼んでいた血液検査の結果をもらうはずだったのですが、出てきたのが頼んでいたのと違う検査の結果でした。その旨伝えると、「でもその検査は結構お金かかりますよ」との回答。お願いしたのと違う検査をされた理由になっていないし、頼んでいないかつ、同意もしてない検査にお金を払ったことは棚上げ。そのあとしばらくやりとりをしましたが全く話にならないので、その日は終了。受付の方に事情を話して先生を変えてもらうよう頼みました。3回目、先生は変わっていたのですが、その理由などは特に共有されていなかったようで、先生から「担当変わってるけど大丈夫ですか？」と。「前回少しトラブルがあり」と事情を改めて説明しようとしましたが、「あ、そう」と流され、その日は聴診と薬の処方のみで終了。その後は聴診さえされず、2、3言交わしてただ薬の処方のみ。腹が立つし納得もできないし信用できません。別の病院で検査と通院します。恐らく平日であれば私がかかった2人以外の先生もいるようなので、もしかしたらそちらであればまともに診てもらえるのかも知れません。受付の方と看護師の方の印象の良さと設備面の良さと立地の良さのみで星1つです。 I will never go there again. p	papa aki on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかなか咳が止まらないので、宮澤呼吸器クリニックで診てもらいました。もともと花粉症は有ったのですが、肺機能の検査をしてもらい、肺にもアレルギーがある事がわかり吸入する薬を出してもらいました。聞くとこによると、呼吸器の大学の教授だったとの事で最新の知識や経験も豊富で解りやすく説明してもらい、生活の対策ポイントや症状に合わせた薬の使い方まで教えていただきました。おかげさまで2日ほどで咳も止まり、呼吸も楽になりました。ありがとうございます。 I couldn't stop coughing, so I went to the Miyazawa Respiratory Clinic. M	Miraclous on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 既に同じ様なコメントもありますが、ここの医院長の対応がいい加減で不安しか残らない。人の話を聞いてるようで聞いてなく、毎回同じことの繰り返しで、医師としての必要を感じられない。そのせいか、周りの看護師そんの対応は良いのかもしれない。私は二度と行きませんが… 妻にパン(某有名なパン屋)を買ってくる都合で通院を進められたが、パンだけ買うことになりそうだ。 There are already similar comments, but the doctor's response here is sloppy and leaves me uneasy.
