たまプラーザテラスにもオープンしました。
ベルグの4月、銀のあんの間に位置し、
おやつを買う選択肢が増えて嬉しいですね。
焼きたてのベルギーワッフルは格別です。
サクッとした食感、甘くしっとりとした生地、
ホントに美味しいです。
ワッフルは、プレーンやチョコなどのスタンダードのものから、オレンジやサツマイモなどの季節モノ、そしてベーコンエッグなど、惣菜系まで
種類が豊富です。
2019年11月にオープンして1ヶ月ほどなので、
まだ常に行列が出来ておりますが、
30分待つ、ということまではないので、
寒い中でも待てないことはないです。

There is always a queue,
You don't even have to wait 30 minutes,

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ しばらくぶりに頂きましたが、最近はお惣菜パンみたいなワッフルも売っているのですね。駅改札出てすぐの場所なので便利です。
I got it for the first time in a while, but recently they sell waffles like side dish bread. It is convenient because it is a place right after the station ticket gate.

髪の毛が入っていた際の対応が悲しかったです。
たまプラーザ駅をこれから使うので、ワッフル好きには嬉しい立地、と思っていたのですが、初めて利用した日の一口目に髪の毛が！はさすがに疑心暗鬼になりました。
どうしたらいいだろうか、交換か返金かな、と考え、お店側の視点でできるだけ交換の方がいいかな、と思って交換を申し出にお店に戻りました。
店頭の方に髪の毛が入っていて…と申し出ると、「あっすみません(笑)」という感じで、（え、そんなに軽いことなの？）と驚きました。
他の店員さんに髪が入っていたものを渡すとき、髪がどこかに行ってしまっていて(写真を撮っておけばよかったのだと後から気づきました)、その旨説明しながらお渡しすると髪を探されて首を傾げているようで、疑われたように感じてしまい、心地が悪かったです。
快く交換してはくれましたが、こちらの驚きや怖さ、気持ち悪さには3人いたどなたも寄り添ってくれませんでした。（「具合が悪くなったりはしてないですか？」と心配してくださいましたが、髪の毛が入っていたときのダメージってそっちじゃないですよね…悪気なさそうだったのでこれについてはいいのですが…）
求めているレベルが高かったのかもしれません。気にしすぎと言われればそれまでですが、とても残念でした……。もう利用することはないと思います。
（ミスターワッフルはいつも行くような場所にないのですが、接客も素敵な方が多くて、どこに行っても嫌な思いをしたことはないです。これからもミスターワッフルを推したいと思います…）

I was sad when I had hair in it.
I'm going to use Tama-Plaza station from now on, so I thought it would be a nice location for waffle lovers, but the first bite on the day I used it for the first time was my hair! As expected, I became a suspicious demon.
I wondered what to do, exchange or refund, and thought that it would be better to exchange as much as possible from the store's point of view, so I returned to the store to offer an exchange.
When I offered to have hair in the store, I was surprised with the feeling "I'm sorry (laughs)" (well, is it so light?).
When I handed the hair to another clerk, the hair had gone somewhere (I realized later that I should have taken a picture), and I handed it while explaining that. Then I was looking for my hair and it seemed that I was tilting my head, and I felt suspicious, which made me uncomfortable.
They were willing to exchange it, but none of the three were close to the surprise, fear, and discomfort. (I was worried that "Isn't it sick?", But the damage caused by having hair in it isn't that ... It didn't look bad, so this is good. But ...)
Maybe the level I was looking for was high. Until then, if I was told that I was too concerned, I was very disappointed ... I don't think I will use it anymore.
(Mr. Waffle is not always in the place I go to, but there are many nice customers, and I have never felt uncomfortable wherever I go. I will continue to recommend Mr. Waffle ...)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 美味しいけど一度食べたら十分かな、という味でした。微妙な値段設定なのでお腹空いたときに利用する感じではなく、ちょっとしたデザートとして食べる用でしょうか。差し入れにするにはあまり映えないし。
オープンしたての頃行ったので30分ほど並びましたが後日通りがかったらガラガラでした。
It tasted good, but once I ate it, it was enough. Because it is a delicate price setting, is it not for use when you are hungry, but for eating as a little dessert? It doesn't look very good to insert.
I went there when I opened it, so it lined up for about 30 minutes, but it was rattle if I passed at a later date.

結構甘めでしっとりな感じのワッフルだった！
美味しかったけど、私はミスターワッフルの方が甘さ控えめで好きだなぁ。
個人的にはもういいかなという感じでしたが、私より甘党な旦那さんは気に入ってました。笑
