So if you are at the counter, you can see how everything is done, which is cool. I ordered a french toast with a blue cheese sauce. It was tasty. But for me personally there was too much of a honey on the plate, and the toast was too soft. I would prefer it to have some crisp to it, so there would be more texture to the whole dish. The sharbet was really good, but just a chef warned, the alcohol in it was pretty strong. I do not regret having this toast, but I want to come back for the chestnut and coffee parfait. I saw how it was made and it was apiece of art.
