ティルプスのトンカツには非常に興味あった小生。
（ ´_ゝ`)…。
フレンチも大好きだが当時、星持ちフレンチでトンカツデーを設けていたことに驚きであった。Σ(ﾟДﾟﾉ)ﾉ
そのティルプスをわざわざ閉店させてこちらに移行したということで何回かお伺いしたのだが、ランチが売り切れで振られていたのである。
ロース定食は完売らしく、カウンターに座り名物のカツ丼をお願い。

やってきたカツ丼はすぐに有名になるだけあり、ヒレカツがリゾット（？）の上に乗った見た目が華やかである。

さすが揚げの技術は上手く、レアで柔らかく肉質も舌触り滑らかで旨味もあり、油の香りも良い。
ソースも甘めで良いものを置いてある。
オリーブオイルをかけてもオススメらしい
ゴハンがリゾットと他のレビューで見たのだが、リゾットというより和のテイストを含むおじやがピッタリ来る。

カツ丼のクオリティは良かったが、一部店員の接客がかなり何とも言えないのが残念。
やはりカウンターメインのフードコートという感じか…。(ノД｀;)
支払い時お値段は聞かなかったが、お釣りからみてたぶん1700円前後であった。
さすが高級フードコートといったところ。
今度はロースカツを食べてみたい。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 高評価をみて初訪。開店と同時に入店し、ヒレカツセットをオーダー、1,300円也。低温で揚げているのか、衣はベタッとしており油切れが悪く、レアのヒレ肉からは食べているうちに皿に血が滲み出し、血生臭い。お米は前日の残りなのか、黄ばんだパサパサのお米でがっかり。会計時に厨房を覗くと、お洒落と高評価のあった付け合わせのコールスローは、業務用の大袋から搾り出してました。

濃厚なスパイスカレーはねっとりとして美味しく、レアなカツは柔らかくて美味しかったです。
ご馳走様でした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 仕事おわりにずっーと行きたいと思ってた虎ノ門ヒルズにあるとんかつ屋さん。
「つかんと」
虎ノ門横丁の一角にあり、おしゃれな雰囲気のとんかつ屋さん。
夜は、飲み屋としても営業しており仕事おわりに飲みに来てる人が多めな印象です。
ここのオーダーは、お肉を二種類選ぶのが定番らしく、ロースやヒレだけでなくタン、レバー、ハツなどあるのが一回では終われないお店やと思います。
定食目当てでしたが、夜はやってないようで
今日はロースのカツ丼をオーダー(ハツやタンでは小さすぎるらしい)
出てきた瞬間イメージしてた、カツ丼と違うってなりました。
だってご飯に卵がとじてあるんですよ。
とじた玉子がのってるんじゃなくてすでにご飯と絡み合った状態なんです。
このスタイルは初めてー！
そして肝心のカツは、中はピンクでしっかり熱が入っており味も生姜がしっかりきいた味付けでした。
次は定食でハツとタンを楽しみたい。
PayPay使えたのでいまとってもお得ですよー！

I ordered a loin katsudon today (it seems that hearts and tongue are too small)
It was different from the katsudon that I had imagined the moment it came out.
Because the rice has eggs closed.
It's not that the egg is on it, but it's already entwined with the rice.
This style is my first time!
And the important cutlet was pink inside and it was well-heated and the taste was well-seasoned with ginger.
Next, I want to enjoy Hatsu and Tan with a set meal.
I was able to use PayPay, so it's a great deal now!

トンカツも良かった。
他の方のコメントにもあるように今時の若者のようなルーズな服装にも見えるが…
虎ノ門ヒルズで大事な仕事があり、考え事をしていたら、当方の痛恨のミスにも当たり障りのない丁寧な対応に「ああ、いい人たちだな」と心から感謝しました。
ランチが美味しいのは、キチンとした店員さんの心使いが現れているのだと思う。東京でも心温まる若者がいると分かりうれしく感じたお店でした。
ありがとうございました。また行きます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is sucks here. The guy with glasses doing nothing except drinking beer at the counter, touching phone and hook up girls customers while other staffs is too busy and keep making mistakes on everything. The food is also terrible and can be the worse tonkatsu in my life.

The guy with glasses (maybe owner) is always having a personal party with his friends and hitting up with female customers. The taste sucks and Michelin is not true anymore. his and his friends' behavior also sucks bad. One more all these men and staff do not wear a mask but talk too much. Covid19 place. Disgusting.
