★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ｢愛宕山神社」は愛宕山展望台よりほんの少しだけ低くなった山頂にあります。地元岩井の方々が祈願をなさる神社です。
愛宕山神社の上リ口の石段には手摺が付いています。途中に休憩場、公園があり今の季節は紅葉で愛宕山が更に美しさを引き立たせています。
山頂にも東屋敷かありトイレもあり、参道は枯葉が何層にも降り積もりまるで絨毯の上を歩いているようです。
祭神は火産霊命(ほむすびのみこと)、火の神様です。
岩井温泉は1300年を越える古代から湧出す霊泉ですから温泉の郷を火災から守ることは何よりも優先な祈願です。徳川将軍家はこの事に相当な神経を使い各地に御触れ出しました。
 “Atagoyama Shrine” is located on the summit, which is a little lower than Atagoyama Observatory. A shrine where local Iwai people pray.
A handrail is attached to the stone steps at the top of Atagoyama Shrine. There is a resting place and a park on the way, and this season is autumn leaves and Mt. Atago is even more beautiful.
There is an eastern residence on the top of the mountain, and there are toilets, and the approach seems to be walking on the carpet as many dead leaves pile up.
The festival god is the fire spirits (Homusubi), the fire god.
Iwai Onsen is a spirit spring that has sprung from ancient times for over 1300 years, so it is the first priority to protect the hot spring town from fire. The Tokugawa Shogunate used various things to touch this area.
