ダムの管理事務所の向かい側に駐車場があり止めれます。管理事務所でダムカードもらえます。管理事務所側からはダム湖とダムを上流から望むことができます。
下流側にはトンネルを抜けた先に駐車スペースがありそこからダムの下流側の眺めがいいです。
ちょうど行った日はダムの放流しているのが見えました。残念ながら堰堤は立ち入り禁止となっています。

There is a parking space on the downstream side after passing through the tunnel, and the view on the downstream side of the dam is good from there.
On the day I went, I saw the dam being released. Unfortunately, the dam is off limits.
