★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The dam is beautiful and well thought out. There is an elevator within that takes you to the area above the dam. There is also a museum-type space which gives a history of the area and the process by which the dam was made. There are multiple entrances to the dam.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply majestic dam, and offers wonderful view of nearby towns. Use the elevator to travel down to the dam base. Plenty of free parking space. You could visit here after a quick trip at Hashidate Limestone Cave.
