k	kozu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/3 石焼ステーキ　贅　長野若槻点全国に数十店舗ほど展開しているお店の様だが、まだ来た事がなく丁度ステーキが食べたかったので訪店。この日は肉の日だったので特別メニューの1ポンドリブロースステーキを注文。赤身の部分と脂のバランスが良いね。溶岩プレートで焼くのだが、そんなに脂の多くない肉を焼いた場合は真価が発揮されないかも。 2021/4 国産牛角切りステーキと単品で贅ハンバーグを注文。国産牛角切りステーキは脂も多く柔らかくて食べ易いが自分には少し脂がしつこいかなと感じた。そこで溶岩プレートの出番。余計な脂を落としつつも脂の旨味を味わえる。脂の多いお肉だからこそ、溶岩プレートが真価を発揮するね。梅ごはんも脂でしつこくなった口内をサッパリとさせてくれて良い。贅ハンバーグ、肉感と肉汁が楽しめる一品。 300gとか400g欲しいな。感想としては店内の清潔感も良く、接客がとても良い感じ。某ステーキチェーン店に見習わせたいくらい。味的にもコスパ的にも☆３くらいだけど、店内の雰囲気と接客の良さ込みで☆４ですね。 2021/3 Stone-grilled steak luxury Nagano Wakatsuki point It seems that there are dozens of stores nationwide, but I haven't visited yet and just wanted to eat steak, so I visited the store.
