初心者ですが、体験レッスンの最後にはより深い呼吸ができ、心からリラックスできました。
スタジオも清潔感があり、駅からも近いので通いやすいです。
You can be taught carefully by a small group.
I was a beginner, but at the end of the trial lesson I was able to breathe deeper and relaxed.
