★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just next to Tsuhara Camp ground there is a hidden trailhead to Mt Ashiwadayama 足和田山 , it follows a small rivulet for a few hundred meters and then turns right after a small dam.
Then it's a stiff climb up along side of mountain .Not many people use this trail so less trail is not trodden, hard to climb at places.
Using other trail from is recommended for beginners.
