以前は無料で使えた津原の湖畔エリアはこのコロナ過で西湖全体の管理が必要とのことでこのエリアは津原キャンプ場が管理をしているとのこと。
事前に色々と説明をしてくれて、当日はキャンプ場を利用するかまだ決めていなかったが色々と対応をしてもらえた。
結局デイキャンプの利用で大人1000円、ことも500円。
バンガロー等の施設は利用していないのでコメントは出来ないが、水場やごみ捨て場など頻繁に清掃していて常にきれいな状態であった。

The lakeside area of Tsuhara, which used to be free of charge, needs to be managed by the entire West Lake due to this corona, and this area is managed by the Tsuhara campsite.
He explained various things in advance, and although I hadn't decided yet whether to use the campsite on the day, he gave me various responses.
After all, using the day camp costs 1000 yen for adults, and 500 yen for adults.
I can't comment because I don't use facilities such as bungalows, but the water and garbage dumps were frequently cleaned and were always in good condition.

・管理人さんとそのお母様が気さくで良い
・ゴミが捨てれる上に安い ¥1,500円/人
・清掃が行き届いている
・湖畔サイトは朝から日が差してくれる
・交通量が少なく静か
【悪かった点】
・湖畔サイトからトイレまでが遠い
・鹿の夜鳴きがすごい(これはこのキャンプ場というよりは西湖全体の問題)

ここを始点に西湖一周ランニングしました。
反時計回りのほうが湖が近くて良いですが、常に陽を浴びるので個人的には時計回りがオススメできます。
普段は全く走らない私で1時間ほどで完走できました。

・ No reservation required (maybe a bad point for those who want to make a reservation)
・ The caretaker and his mother are friendly
・ Garbage can be thrown away and cheap ¥ 1,500 / person
・ Cleaning is perfect
・ The lakeside site will be sunny from the morning
・ Quiet with little traffic

・ It is far from the lakeside site to the toilet
・ The night cry of deer is amazing (this is a problem of Saiko as a whole rather than this campsite)

Starting from here, I ran around Saiko.
Counterclockwise is better because the lake is closer, but I personally recommend clockwise because it is always exposed to the sun.
I usually don't run at all, so I was able to finish the race in about an hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 場所、設備、スタッフ(家族経営)さんの対応などどれも良いので、とても大事にしたいキャンプ場です。
湖畔側、山側にテント設営可能でロケーションも悪くなく、特に湖畔側は平なとこが多いので良いですね。
今時珍しく予約不要ですが、土祝日は9時半駐車場開放で20組で区切り抽選入場となってて、とても考えられてるなと。(21年11月現在)
お手洗いは水洗で掃除も行き届いててありがたいです。
さらにゴミも分別をしっかりすれば無償で捨てさせてくれるのでマジでええのかって思うくらい。
こういう利用者に対してとても良い条件で貸してくれるキャンプ場は正直もう無いに等しいと思います。
なので利用者さんはちゃんと綺麗に使ってねって言いたいですね。

It is possible to set up a tent on the lakeside and mountain side, and the location is not bad, especially because there are many flat areas on the lakeside side.
It's rare at this time that reservations are not required, but on Saturdays and holidays, the parking lot is open at 9:30 and the lottery is divided into 20 groups, so it's very conceivable. (As of November 2009)
I am grateful that the restroom is washed with water and cleaned well.
In addition, if you properly separate the garbage, it will be thrown away for free, so I wonder if it's really true.
To be honest, I think that there are almost no campsites that lend to such users under very good conditions.
So I want to say that users should use it properly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We came in late April. The fella who runs it merely just brushed us off and made the X sign with her hands. Instead we cycled few metres down the road and wild camped ourselves on the shore of lake saiko. Dont bother
