店主１人で頑張っているようですが、コストパフォーマンスを考えると、次はない。
スープは超普通。
麺は少し○
チャーシューが美味しくなかったので、星－1
I visited at noon, but it was rattling.
It seems that the shop owner is doing his best, but considering the cost performance, there is no next.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 歯切れの良い麺と甘味と酸味のバランスの良いスープ。こってり過ぎず、飽きのこない味付けのつけ麺が気に入ってます。
駅から近くなく、人通りもそれほど期待できない場所でお店が続いているのは味が良いからかなーという想像。
Crisp noodles and a well-balanced sweet and sour soup. I like seasoned noodles that don't get too full and get tired.
I imagine that the reason why the shops continue in places that are not close to the station and can not expect too much traffic is because of the good taste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここら近辺では唯一？のラーメン専門店です。
白山や春日辺りまでいかないと、この感じのラーメンが出るお店が無い為、周辺に住むラーメン好きには重宝されそうなお店な感じです。
メニューはラーメン、つけめん、まぜそばの三種類のみです。あとはビール、ライス、トッピング類。
つけめんはベーシックな魚介系。ラーメンも魚介系スープ。
まぜそばは少し酸味のある濃厚な味だが、そこまで重くない感じがします。
まぜそばは他にはあまりない、味なのでオススメはまぜそば！

If you don't go to Hakusan and Kasuga, you can't find ramen with this feeling, so it seems to be a great place for ramen lovers to live nearby.
There are only three types of menus, ramen, tsukemen and mixed soba. Beer, rice and toppings.
Tsukemen is a basic seafood product. Ramen is also seafood soup.
Mazesoba has a slightly sour and rich taste, but it does not feel that heavy.
There isn't much else in Mazesoba, so I recommend it because it's a taste!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 묘가다니역에서 걸어서 10분정도 떨어진 곳이에요.근처왔다가 츠케멘이 급 먹고싶어서 검색해서 간 곳이랍니다. 점심시간이라 주변 샐러리맨들이 많았어요!스프는 좋아하는 생선과 육수베이스였지만 그렇게 진득진득한 진한 맛이 아니에요. 그래도 묘가다니에서 이정도면 훌륭하다고 생각해요^^면도 제가 좋아하는 굵은 면빨~좀더 굵었으면하는 아쉬움이 있었어요
앞으로 이근처에 살 예정이니 저만의 츠케멘집으로 점 찍어두려구요~★彡
It's a 10-minute walk away from Myodani Station. It was lunch time, so there were a lot of salarymen around! Soup was my favorite fish and broth base, but it wasn't so rich. But I think it's great at my grave. ^^ I also wanted to make it thicker.
I'm going to live near here, so I'm going to make it my own Tsukemen shop ~ ★ 彡

The soup stock of seafood is effective and the noodles are thick and very delicious. All the toppings were delicious.

13:30頃でしたが…1組並んでいたので、少し待ちました。
カウンターのみ、店主おひとりです。

Recommended for those who like dried sardines! Since I visited with my husband, I enjoyed ramen and tsukemen (simmered egg topping).
It was around 13:30, but ... I waited for a while because there was one group in line.
Only the counter is the owner.
