ホットペッパーよりHPのほうが値段が安かった。
色々探してここが安すぎず高すぎずだったので行ってみたが、ロング料金を取られがっかり。
書いてはいたけど2000円ってえぐいなぁ。
めちゃくちゃいいって感じではなかったので
ロング料金なしのとこに今後は行こうと思ってます。

お人柄は明るく良い方でしたが、結果として不満だらけでした。
【技術力】
ビジネスカットとしていつもお任せでいい感じにどの美容室の方もして頂けますが、途中経過としてはじめに提案頂いたカットとかけ離れていました。
もう少し短くと言ったらズバんと切られて前髪がなくなりました。結果、丸坊主が伸びた感じに近い髪型になり、こんな髪型あるかいという髪型になりました。
【サービス力】
本人も自信がなさそうにするし、マスクに髪が入るし、シャンプーもはじめのみだし、シャンプーが雑だし、時間がなかったので信頼がおけるashにと思って店舗は違いますが、10年ぶりくらいに利用しましたが、私はもう二度とash系列は利用したくないなと思ってしまいました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ コロナ対策にとても気遣いのあるお店でした。隣のお客さんとの間に、ビニールのパーテーションを設置し、雑誌の代わりに電子書籍が読めるよう、全部の鏡の前に置いてありました。｢消毒済み｣とテーブルの上にカードが置いてあり、安心できました。勿論、マスクの替えも用意してくれてるとのことです！
カットとヘアカラーをお願いしましたが、カウンセリングも施術もとても丁寧でした。
またお願いしたいです♪

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ スタッフさんが皆さんとても丁寧で、居心地の良い美容院です。ヘアカットをお願いしましたが、理想以上の髪型にしていただき大満足です。
翌日が入社式ということもあり
カットをお願いするお店を非常に慎重に探しておりましたが
理想以上の素敵な髪型にしていただけました。
自分が提示した画像をお見せすると
頭の形や雰囲気などを考慮し
似合う髪型を提案してくださりました。
また、横浜駅周辺の美容院は混雑している事が多いためか
スタッフの方とあまり落ち着いてお話ができない印象がありましたが、
ここのお店はスタッフの方々は皆さん丁寧で施術や使用する物の説明もとても丁寧にしてくださり居心地が良かったです。
ヘッドスパもとても気持ち良いです。
お客さんの席の間にビニールカーテンが引かれており、
感染対策もしっかりされていて安心して過ごせました。
