完全に失敗した髪型が出来上がり本当にショック。
ほとんど長さは変えないでほしいと言ったのに、10センチ程切られました。
誤魔化すような対応もひどい。
耐えられずに、1週間後に他の美容院に行ったら、「古いデザインの髪型。カットもバラバラでひどい」と言われました。前髪に至っては、自分で切ったのかと言われるレベル。
本当にひどい。いいところが１つもない。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 社会人にはありがたい営業時間です。お店の雰囲気が素敵。ヒアリングがしっかりしています。使用機器や薬剤に拘りを感じます。ヘッドスパは以前首が引っ掻き傷だらけになってしまいその後受けていませんが、人気のようですから効果はあるのだと思います。自分の皮膚が弱かったのかもしれません。こちらに限らず、トリートメント後触らされて「わ〜サラサラ〜」ってリアクションとらなきゃいけないような流れが得意じゃありません。

一階の入り口が若干分かりにくいが問題ない範囲。
店舗スタッフさんは良い方が多いものの、店舗運営にあまり積極的ではないようで、お手洗いやiPadなどゲストの使う消耗品関係にはあまり手が届ききっていない様子。価格帯相応の店といえばそうなのかもしれない。
ドリンクサービスのメニューが多くありがたかったです。
