★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A lot of people think you can find good quality hair salons only at Omotesando, Harajuku, or whatever fancy areas... Wrong.
A Seed is a good option for you. The staff are very nice, friendly, and professional. I was very impressed when they remembered very minor stuff I talked with them. They always try to remember customers. This is a great hair salon.
Sometimes they write to you letters (how nice!). Totally worth it. Not to mention their skills are very high.
