Y	Y K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 電話対応がひどすぎる。(注意喚起) コロナ副反応で、緊急診療の電話相談をしたが、電話番が、ワクチンを打った病院で診察してもらうべき、仮に当院に来たとしても救急車優先なのでかなり待つことになり、循環器科や内科の医師でないため、診察をロクに受けられない等、門前払いに近い扱いを受けた。勿論、体温が39度近く、心拍数が160前後(安静時)になっていることを伝えた上だったが、それも電話番には関係ないようだった。 (そもそもワクチンを接種した病院がやってないから相談してるわけだし、その辺りの緊急度、重要度は電話番が判断することではないのでは？) たかが電話番だが病院の受付である以上、その責任意識がない対応のせいで、病院にかかることが出来ず(或は治療が間に合わず)、死ぬ命があることをわかった方が良い。どういった意図・目的で上記の対応をされたのか、全くもって理解不能だが、話しても無駄なので、他の病院に罹ることが出来ず、どうしても利用せざるを得ない時だけ、利用するのが良い。当方は無事、他の病院で診てもらうことが出来ました。 Telephone correspondence is too terrible.
