月曜日でしたが、混み合っており、9:00スタートで終わったのが12:30でした途中、忘れられている?と思うほど待機時間があり、通常の健診クリニックより時間がかかりますが、それでもあまり苦にならないほど院内がきれいで明るい雰囲気に包まれています。看護師さんたちもハキハキと明るく一生懸命仕事されてるのがこちらにまで伝わりとてもありがたかったです。受付の方も丁寧な対応をしてくださり安心できました。他の方の口コミにもあるように時間がかかることにイライラする人には向かないかもしれませんが、今回の健診ではなにひとつマイナス点はなかったです。
病院食が美味しくないとの口コミも多かったので、人間ドッグの食事も期待ゼロでしたが、院内のレストランNABEで使える『好きなメニュー&ドリンク券』を健診後に受け取り、季節の天丼をオーダーしました。毎年違うクリニックで健診を受けていましたが、新百合ヶ丘総合病院が今までで1番美味しかった!これはいい意味で裏切られました。また来年もこちらにお世話になろうと思います。

It may not be suitable for people who are frustrated by the time it takes, as in the reviews of other people, but there was no negative point in this medical examination.
There were many reviews that the hospital food was not delicious, so I had no expectation of a human dog's meal, but after the medical examination, I received a "favorite menu & drink ticket" that can be used at the in-hospital restaurant NABE and ordered a seasonal bowl of tendon. did. I had a medical examination at a different clinic every year, but Shin-Yurigaoka General Hospital was the most delicious so far! This was betrayed in a good way. I will take care of you again next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 受付のスタッフや先生方が丁寧で感激しました。病院内が明るくてとにかく綺麗なので、気持ちが少しでも前向きになります。総合病院は入口からガサツに扱わられる印象ですが、初心でかかる時も迷っても安心です。お年寄りにも優しい病院な印象。紹介状をもらい婦人科にかかりました。不安なく説明して下さりました。私的には待ち時間が長くても問題ないなと思う程の対応と技術。なぜこんなに口コミが低いのか逆にちょっとびっくり。。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most importantly, this hospital is equipped with up to date texnologies, I am enjoying all my day as fellow at Center for Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery of Shinyurigaoka General Hospital. Surgical techniques and team is really good. Thank to my team of this center I am learning more recently implemented methods of surgical treatment of diseases regarding spine and perepherial nerves. My big thanks goes to my mentor Junichi Mizuno head of center for minimally invasive spine surgery of Shin-Yurigaoka General Hospital.
Interesting fact regarding Japanese people I can say they are all very polite and sociable. I have had good talk with Mio Tsuko who works for ICU and nurse Kumiki Isizaki really helped me to find my operation theatre when I just started to train there. Dr. Ohara has brilliant arm to perform challenging procedures.
Dr. Kikuchi is really beautiful and kinder. Dr. Nakajima, Matsuoka, Oshige and Dr. Kimura helped me to gain an experience along with other staff.
Thanks to Ms Yoko Oayama, Mr. Onazaki That they helped me in any way.
I am happy that I had chance to train at this Hospital.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a large, modern hospital with inpatient and outpatient services. It is clean, and generally quite efficient, although the popularity of the hospital with local residents means that it is always quite busy and you may have to wait an hour or two for a consultation. After registering (first time visitor) or producing your registration card (regulars) you will be asked to visit a particular department. These have letters, and directions are given throughout the hospital. Depending on the nature of your visit, you may of course be asked to move around the different departments but they are quite well signposted and use different colours to help guide you. Most staff will have only a bare minimum of English, but from reviewing your documentation they will tell you which department to go to and will guide you as necessary.
Upon visiting, you will be given a small piece of paper with a number and bar code on it. That number (and your registration card) will be used for everything from being called into a doctor's office (the number will appear on a digital display board outside the office, along with an announcement) and payment. Payment itself is handled by taking your paperwork to the payment window. Once complete, your number will be called on another digital board and you will pay at a vending machine (what else could it be in Japan?). The vending machine accepts cash and credit card. Choose the option for receiving a receipt and you will receive a fully itemized set of papers with a breakdown of the cost of each procedure.
Be aware that (at time of writing) your first visit will have an additional registration free (currently around 3,000 Yen). If your next visit is 12 months later or more from the date of your last visit, you will be charged again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The doctors were so kind and the staff was very friendly. The doctor couldn’t speak English much (same as other hospitals in Japan) but they tried to explain to me in some English words and that was very nice of them. Minus one star because the nurse who took my blood wasn’t that good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hospital is really clean and neat. They do accomodate foreign nationals.. However, I was a bit sad cause they performed blood test to my 2 year old son, and when they gave him back to us we noticed that they bruised his arm.
I know they did not do it on purpose and it is difficult to control a crying child but I hope they will be more gentle especially to their young patients.
