なので新しいもの取り組みはないかもしれませんが、昔ながらの佐野ラーメンです。
大概、歴史があるお店は、良くも悪くも味が変化してしまいます。
こちらもその一つ、あじのバラつきがあります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンタン麺のワンタンが、とぅるとぅるです。麺を際立たせるため、具材がさっぱり系にしてる感じです。始まるのが遅いイメージですが(11時45分くらい？)おすすめ致します。手前がワンタンチャーシュー麺、奥がワンタン麺です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 佐野ラーメンの発祥の店とされる宝来軒。これまで食べて来た佐野ラーメンと比較すると魚介系が強く感じるスープです。サイドメニューも無いが…昨今の人気店には無い佐野ラーメンの歴史に触れる事が出来る貴重なお店です 。
Horaiken is said to be the birthplace of Sano ramen. Compared to the Sano ramen I've eaten so far, it's a soup that feels more fish-based. There is no side menu, but it is a valuable shop where you can experience the history of Sano ramen, which is not found in popular shops these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ついに、竹フミで佐野ラーメンの元祖と言われる店に！昨年TVで紹介があったが写真のように歴史を感じる！店内には2010年から2019年にかけてのサイン色紙が数多く見られ、かなり有名な芸能人がこられたようだが、古い色紙が目立つ！この店の付近は佐野ラーメンの激戦区と見られ70メートル離れた所に新しい佐野ラーメン店があり駐車場も広い事もあり混んでいる！しかし、当方が待つ11時40分開店の宝来軒は4名待ちで開店も10分遅れ！
※チャーシューワンタン麺大盛100円増を注文！味は佐野ラーメン！麺は腰があり旨いがチャーシューは昨今の他の店舗のレベル！席数は26名、相席不可だと8名かな！味は★3！、4は付かない！レトロな雰囲気を味わいたいなら★4!

純手打ち麺と、レトロスタイルスープを味わうらーめんです。
少し驚いたのが 、ワンタン麺とチャーシュー麺で明らかにスープの温度が違う⁉
オープンして直ぐだったので、チャーシュウが冷え冷えで、スープの温度を下げてしまったのでしょうね？

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ とりあえず駐車場の狭さと段差の高さが大変です。
接客はいまいち。
ラーメンはスープが醤油感強めではあるものの麺は他の老舗佐野らーめんよりはコシが感じられて良かったです。
チャーシューはバラ肉の柔らかめが好みの私としては、固く好みではありませんでした。
ワンタンはこんなものでしょうと許容範囲内。
２度訪問した結果、個人的な好みとしては普通のラーメンで良さそうですが、それでもリピートしたいと思えるお勧め店です。

創業昭和5年、佐野ラーメン発祥という偉大な経歴なお店。店内の壁にはその歴史を物語る様に有名人のサインの数々が凄い。
で、本題のラーメンですが自分が過去に行った大和、日向屋、大山らの出汁を強調した物に比べるとスープはかなりに大人しい醤油の効いたホッコリ優しい印象の物。正にノスタルジック。主観では普通に美味しいラーメン。ある意味でアクセントになって連食するには良い。
チャーシューは出汁柄の様でプレーンな物。
麺は大山なんかの如何にも多加水でデュルンとした物よりギュッとして噛み応えがあってこれはコレで美味しいので麺にコシを求める方には良さそうです。

The noodles are more chewy and chewy than the ones that are dull with a lot of water, such as Oyama, and this is delicious, so it seems to be good for those who want the noodles to be chewy.
