開業時からずっと御世話になってます。 先生やスタッフの皆さんは変わらず親身に接してくれて安心して通院してます。 クリニックの内外ともいつも清潔感があります。 私自身持病があり内服を継続してるため、採血・検尿等定期的に行っていますが、必要性や検査結果など分かりやすく説明して下さり、なるべく薬の数や量を少なく出来るよう自身で出来る体調管理なども教えてくれるので助かってます。 風邪で受診した際は別の出入口から受付~会計まで動かずに済むよう対応して頂き、一般の方とは接触しない導線なので安心出来ました。 この情勢の中で大変だとは思いますが、私の周りは応援してます。

院長先生はすごく優しくて穏やかな方です。 ただ、診察から検査からレントゲン撮影から、なんでもご自分でやるので、患者がそれほどいなくても、めちゃくちゃ待たされます。 開院当初はいつ行ってもすいていて待ち時間もほとんどなかったんですが、 コロナワクチン接種を機に患者が増えたようで、それ以来、いついっても、1時間以上は待たされます。 診察終わるまで3時間、なんてこともざらです。 あと、やたらと、血液検査や尿検査をすすめられます。 こないだやったばかりだから、と断ると、ちょっと嫌な顔をされます。 受付の方は、優しげですが、あまり感じは良くないです。電話はいつもつながらないです。いつも受付で電話が鳴り続けていても、なぜかすぐに出ないです。 電話がつながらない、といって、直接受付に予約をしに来る方が結構いますが、混み合っているから、と塩対応してます。受付でも、予約をとるための順番待ちをさせられ、1時間以上待たされるそうです(笑) なんでそんなに時間がかかるのか不思議。電話で対応できないなら、インターネットも導入すればいいのに。 看護師さんは優しくて感じいいです。
