いちばん最初に感じたのは、介護職員が優しい。
利用者さんに対する愛情を感じた。
看護師は人数が少ないので医療ケアを回るのに忙しそうにしているが、利用者さんの性格や好み、それまでの人生に配慮して接していた。
働いている職員の方々が、利用者・入所者のことを心から心配したり悩んだり困ったり喜んだりしていて、人間的な温かさがあると感じました。
施設は入所している方が楽しく過ごせるような工夫が沢山あった。(レクリエーション・図画工作・音楽をかけたり、おやつがあったり)

I felt love for the users.
Since the number of nurses is small, I seem to be busy going around medical care, but I was treated with consideration for the personality and taste of the user and my life up to that point.
The staff members who are working were really worried, worried, troubled, and pleased about the users and residents, and I felt that they had a human warmth.
The facility had a lot of ingenuity so that those who entered the facility could have a good time. (Recreation, drawing, playing music, having snacks)
