七輪の上で炊くお鍋など、店主のこだわりが感じられるお店でした。おしめの紫うどんに、お鍋の出汁まで最後まで楽しめました。

豚しゃぶのタレも最高です?
さつま揚げ、馬刺し、ヒレカツ、鶏団子などなど色々食べさせて頂きましたが全てが本当に美味しい?

店主にこだわりありそうな店内でちょっと気を遣いますが、普通に食べてれば特に何もないですw
1人ずつ鍋で提供され、美味しく食べれるという低温でしゃぶしゃぶして食べます。
コスパもよく平日は食べ放題もあるとかないとか。
是非再訪したい店です。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 辺鄙な場所にある隠れた名店。豚しゃぶの概念が変わるほど美味しいです。薩摩揚げも勿論美味しいし、個人的にはコースのヒレカツが日本一美味しいのでは？と思うくらい大好きです。落ち着いた店内でゆっくりとこだわりのお料理を楽しめます。一見怖そうなご主人も、何度も通ううちに実はとても優しい方なのが伝わりほっこりします。

Of course, Satsuma-age is delicious, and personally, the fin cutlet on the course is the most delicious in Japan. I love it as much as I think. You can enjoy the special dishes slowly in the calm interior. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They only offer course meals, and I had “Ibusuki course” for dinner. One of the best pork shabu shabu I’ve ever had:)! I would give 5 stars?? It’s also a non-smoking restaurant. As a non-smoker, it was very comfortable having dinner there!
