一口食べて麺に違和感が、乾麺なんでしょうか？食べ進める内にスープを吸ったのか気にならなくなりました。
中華料理屋さんが出すラーメンで専門店の物とは劣ります、と言うかこちらが本家本元ラーメンなのですが日本では独自に進化し細分化し本家を凌駕してしまったと言っていいでしょう。
