★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 対応は最悪です。星1つも付けたくありません。水漏れがあり、修理の相談をしても、対応できないと言われ、管理会社も困っています。何度電話しても、確認して折り返すと言われ、連絡が返ってきたことはありません。(支払い関係だけ直ぐに返ってきます)一度契約したら、後の対応はほったらかしで、会社として信用できません。
Correspondence is the worst. I don't want to add a single star. There is a water leak, and even if I consult about repairs, it is said that I can not handle it, and the management company is also in trouble. No matter how many times I called, I was told to confirm and call back, and I never got back. (Only payment-related items will be returned immediately.) Once you make a contract, the rest of the response is neglected and you cannot trust it as a company.

また担当の方がとても明るく親切ないい方で、一発で信頼ができるという印象でした。一緒にお部屋選びしていて楽しかったです。
ご紹介いただいたお部屋も今まで見た中で1番良くて、即決しました。また何かあったらお世話になりたいです！

•料金請求等の自社都合の際だけ連絡が早く、こちらからの質問への反応は遅い。
•電話口で「担当に伝えておきます。」と言われるが、後日再度確認しても情報が共有されていない。また折り返しも無い為、こちらから連絡が必要。
•契約日までに鍵が届かない。その間も日払いで請求される。
対応してくれた方が新人さんだった為、教育が必要だと思います。

• Contact is quick only at the convenience of the company such as billing, and the response to questions from here is slow.
• The phone says "I'll tell the person in charge", but the information is not shared even if I check it again at a later date. In addition, there is no call back, so please contact us from here.
• The key has not arrived by the contract date. In the meantime, you will be billed daily.
I think that education is necessary because the person who responded was a newcomer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ この不動産屋は絶対避けたほうがいい。☆ゼロです。
入居前に指摘した網戸の穴が治っていない、蛇口をひねったらサビが出る、それを指摘したら自腹で水質調査して証明しろ等々、書ききれないほど多くのクズ対応でした。部屋自体は気に入っていたのですが、あまりの対応の悪さに退去しました。挙げ句、入居中指摘し続けた事に腹を立てたのか、客じゃなくなったとたんに数々の暴言を受けました。
店からのコメントに「書き込みを真摯に受け止め改善を」的な事を書いていますが、全くの嘘ですので皆さん注意して下さい。
You should definitely avoid this real estate agent. ☆ It is zero.
The hole in the screen door that I pointed out before moving in wasn't healed, rust appeared when I twisted the faucet, and if I pointed out that, I had to investigate the water quality on my own and prove it. I liked the room itself, but I moved out because of the poor response. After all, I was angry that I kept pointing out while I was moving in, and as soon as I was no longer a customer, I received a lot of rants.
In the comment from the store, I wrote something like "take the writing seriously and improve it", but please be careful as it is a complete lie.
