★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前日にsumoの内見希望をしたら、次の日の午前中に電話が来て、内見して即日仮契約となった。ほとんど即決だったので、自分はとても良かった。ただ即決だったので、物件数や割引率なのはよくわからない。
説明は丁寧だし、聞きやすい雰囲気もある。不明点をメールで聞いたら、すぐに返信がきた。
全体として満足だから、書類不備や若干のまごつきがあり、不安思う所が少しあった。
When I requested a preview of sumo the day before, I received a phone call in the morning of the next day, and I previewed it and made a provisional contract on the same day. It was almost a prompt decision, so I was very good. However, since it was a prompt decision, I'm not sure about the number of properties and the discount rate.
The explanation is polite and there is an atmosphere that is easy to hear. When I asked for any questions by email, I received a reply immediately.
As I was satisfied as a whole, there were some incomplete documents and some confusion, and I was a little worried.

担当の呉さんは、こちらの要望をちゃんと聞き理解した上でいろいろと探してくれました。また、隣の席にいた別のスタッフさんも一緒に探してくれましたし、アドバイスもくれました。
遠方からの訪問の為、限られた時間の中で物件探しをしなければならないと不安でしたが、懇切丁寧な対応をしてもらったおかげでその不安は解消され、よい契約をする事が出来ました。
