★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 郡山に住む相方からの話で聞いていた担々麺専門店。
“担々麺”と聞けば“スープが赤くて辛い”というイメージが個人的にあったけれど、
辛さは甘辛・辛口・中辛・激辛と選べまして、
初めてなので“中辛”を注文してみました。
今回食べたのは画像のチャーシュー担々麺セット。
麺はモチモチとした食感で、
味噌ベースのスープの辛さはトゲのないマイルドな辛さで好きな味加減でした。
辛さが足らない場合は好みの辛さに自分で調整できます。
なので少し辛みを足してみました。
店内は入り口側が禁煙席で座敷があって、
奥の方は喫煙席。
喫煙席側には座敷はありません。

今日いただいたのは担々麺の中辛でお願いしました。餃子もお願いしましたが、普通の小さい餃子６個しかないと言われ断念しました。数分待つとお願いした担々麺が来ました。ランチタイムはご飯か野菜サラダが付くそうです。中華の担々麺とはやや味は違いますが、挽肉に甘みが加わりこれはこれで美味しい味です。

After waiting a few minutes, the dandan noodles I asked for came. It seems that rice or vegetable salad will be served at lunch time. 冷やしだと、辛みはありませんが、肉味噌と酸味のあるタレで食べるタイプでした。
個人的にはもう少し辛みがあったら良かったなと思いました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何十年も前からある担々麺の店。店構えや店内には時の流れを感じますが、味は変わってなかったなぁ。ご主人も女将さんも元気そう。何より女将さんは優しく気遣いをしてくれる。エアコンの温度を気にし、辛味が足りなかったら別添えの辛味を届けてくれる。これからも変わらぬ味を作り続けてほしいです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 子供の頃から約20年通っています！家族みんな大好きです！『坦々麺甘辛大盛り』をいつも頼んでますが、美味しすぎてペロリと食べれます(^^)座敷におもちゃも有り、子供が居ても安心してゆっくりできます。
I've been going for about 20 years since I was a kid! I love the whole family! I always ask for "Tantan noodles sweet and spicy large serving", but it is too delicious and I can eat it with a lick (^^) There are toys in the tatami room, so I can relax with peace of mind even if I have children.

店内は狭いけどテーブル席、カウンター席、座敷とあり小さなお子さま連れでも食べに行けるお店。
メニュー豊富です。
中辛を注文しましたが辛さを感じません。辛いのが好きな方は中辛より上を頼んだ方が良いと思います。
餃子も食べましたが普通でした。
