店頭で8000円で売っている物の買取が1500円だった。BOOK○FFのほうが全然良心的です。だいたいどの商品もメルカリの1/5くらいの価格で買い取るみたいです。全店共通の価格保証の時しか売りには行かないかな。 買取が安いからか品揃えも悪いです。

女性の店員の態度が悪すぎて星1のレビューを付けさせて頂きました。 グッズを売るなら、らしんばんが良いとのことだったので遠方から来たのですが、正直来なければよかったなとしみじみ思います(ーー;) 腹が立つとかそういう気持ちは無いのですが、店員さんがあんなに威圧的な態度を取るとは思わなかったので、流石に目の前のことが理解できずに目が点になってしまいました…… 確かにハキハキはしていましたが、笑顔もなく、『ありがとうございました』等の挨拶も一切無く、ただただ威圧的に真顔で話すだけで怖かったです。。 買取額についてですが 買取の基準はよく分かりませんが流石に大人気作品で、メルカリなどで4000円前後で売られているタペストリーが1本10円だったり、 『箱の状態が悪い』とのことで発売したばかりの1万円越え未開封フィギュアが2,000円にしかならなかったりと、ちょっと首を傾げてしまう査定でしたね。。 全て新品購入でタペストリーを10本以上持っていって、持っていった物全て『状態があまりよくない』と言われたのは他の店含めてここが初めてです。 それならまだいいですが、開いてすぐ閉じた、ほぼ新品の物ですら状態が良くないそうです。 ここでは価値のあるものは売らないようにしましょう。捨てるのと同じです。 工場とかであの態度なら問題ないのでしょうが、接客であの人を置くのはどうなのかな?と思います。 もうちょっと人の気持ちを考えた方がいいです。 ここまで酷い店員は会ったことないです。 恐らく他の方が書いているのも同じ女性の店員さんだと思います。 隣にいる店員さんはまともな人そうだったのでそちらの人に接客していただきたかったと心から思いましたね。 凄い怖かったですね。。(~_~;)

すごく態度の悪い女の店員(黒髪短髪)の方がいてとても不快でした。第一印象から最悪です。言い方キツいしこちらが物腰低く言ってもつっけんどんな態度。 しかもアニメイトで買ってきた商品を持ち込んできたと勝手に決めつける。1回「そちらはアニメイトで購入されたものですか?」くらい聞いてくれてたらいいんですけど、それもなしでイキナリ「持ち込むの辞めて貰えますか」って…「いや買ってきたんですけど」って言い返しましたけど、そういう教育されたのでしょうか? 一旦接客勉強してきたらいかがですか? てか接客唯々求めるなってクチコミ見てびっくり…… 接客業で接客唯々のことが出来てないから言ってるんですけど?
