駅からも多少離れ、車でのアクセスもあまり良くない地なのに、お客さんがコンスタントに訪れ、地元に愛されている感じがしました。
名物穴子天丼は、税込み1100円とは思えないほどの質、量でした。穴子の揚げ具合が多少衣が硬めで、それが逆に噛みごたえも適度にあり、美味しかったです。タレは薄めで、素材の味を邪魔しない味わい。そして何より、丁寧な接客が好感が持てました。お客さんが帰った後の消毒もちゃんとしていました。
この雰囲気、味、量、接客で1100円は、ランチとは言えちょっと申し訳なくなりました。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なかなかタイミング合わずランチに伺えませんでしたが、久しぶり穴子天丼。
今、ラーメンを新しくメニューに追加していて悩みましたが、久しぶりなこともあり天丼を選択。
ただ、脂っこく、途中でギブアップしました。
もう少し衣が薄くあっさり目なら食べられるかもしれません。
次は違うメニューのラーメンを選択しようと思います。
それでも、お店はあっという間に満席に。
男女比率で言えば圧倒的に女性が多いです。
しかも1人で入店される方が多数。
女性が人でも入りやすいお店はいいですね！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 前回行ったときラーメンを食べて美味しかったので今回は夏限定の冷やしラーメン食べました。
茄子は大きいスライスが3個入っていて、出汁で炊いているのかとても上品な味で、手がとても込んでいると思います。
麺も縮れ麺でもちもちで歯ごたえがあってスープがとても絡んでくれて美味しいです。
お肉は大きくて柔らかくて厚みのあるお肉が4枚も入ってて食べごたえがあります。
そしてメンマ美味しい！すだちも皮ごと食べれます。
女性の私でもスープまで全部飲める位すだちの風味が超絶妙に効いてて、完食しちゃいました。
評判がとても良かったので期待してましたが、想定を超えた予想以上の冷やしラーメンで最高でした！

ベビーベット付きの個室を用意して戴いたうえに、スタッフの方々がとても親切でした。お食い初めの説明を詳しく教えていただいて有り難かったです。穴子天丼も、お食い初め膳もとても美味しく綺麗でした。

とても食べ応えがあり、お腹が空いていたのでとても満足でした！！

穴子はふわふわ、衣はさくさくなのでとても美味しい。少し油のくどさを感じたように思いますが、個人差あり。
さつまいも、かぼちゃ、さやえんどう、海老等の天ぷらも入ってます。
味噌汁は白味噌を使った優しい味わい。
キュウリと里芋(すりおろし)の和え物とお新香がついてました。
温かいほうじ茶を出してもらえるので、個人的にとても嬉しかったです。
サービス価格だったので、四角いプリンも頼みました。結構絡めるが苦めになってましたが、プリン自体の甘さとちょうどよく解け合ってました。
接客も丁寧で居心地がよかったと思います?

評判の穴子天丼でしたが、個人的にはクリスピーすぎる気がしました。衣がバリバリしていて上顎の内側がガリガリ削られる感じだったのが残念でした（ご飯少なめにしてもらったことで、ご飯の蒸気で蒸されて柔らかくならなかったのかもしれません）。
家内が頼んだ海老天丼は割としっとりした感じだったし、母親がいただいた穴子天丼は固くなかったそうなので個体差かも。
裏庭と客室の距離感とか、フロアの方の接客とか凄く素敵だったので、もう一回トライしてみます。
ごちそうさまでした。
