人柄と対応は丁寧で最高だとは思います。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 事に至る経緯を説明しようとしても一方通行で自分の主張を押し通すばかりだし うん、でもそれは〜なので と遮られました。
決して高圧的だとか口調がきついだとかそういったことは無いです。が、今の私のこの状態はいつから○○で△△のような状態だ。という最低限のことを説明させてくれないうちに遮られてしまったので、適切な治療が受けられませんでした。帯状疱疹で受診した時にはそんなことは無かったのですが…緊急性が低い症状だと判断されたからでしょうか。
受付の方や他のスタッフの方の対応は迅速かつ丁寧でありましたので、その点だけが残念に思います。
追記→処方された薬をずっと塗り続けても改善しなかったため、別の皮膚科に受診したところ、やはり誤診だと判明しました。

There is no such thing as high pressure or a tight tone. However, my current state has been ○○ and △△ since when. I couldn't get proper treatment because I was interrupted before I could explain the minimum. That wasn't the case when I was diagnosed with herpes zoster ... maybe because it was judged to be a less urgent sign.
The receptionist and other staff members responded promptly and politely, so I am sorry only for that point.
Postscript → I continued to apply the prescribed medicine, but it did not improve, so when I visited another dermatologist, it turned out to be a misdiagnosis.
